又造谣？对华索赔290亿无果后，菲律宾称中国在仙宾礁填海造岛，船只越聚越多，吓得大惊失色，中方明确回应。

二 |     The makers of Dheeram have released the trailer of the upcoming investigative crime thriller, and it sets the tone for a tense, atmospheric ride. Headlined by Indrajith Sukumaran, the film introduces audiences to a police officer caught in the middle of a harrowing case that appears to involve a pattern of linked murders. The debut of filmmaker Jithin T Suresh arrives on December 5 and positions itself as a tightly wound procedural that leans into intrigue and psychological unease.     A brooding investigation takes shape     Scripted by Deepu S Nair and Sandeep Sadanandan, the writing team known for Ore Mukham, Pushpaka Vimanam and Padakkuthira, the film appears to explore the darker edges of crime investigation. The trailer focuses on Indrajith’s character as he sifts through a series of disturbing deaths that unsettle both his team and the community around them. Divya Pillai features as the officer working closely with him, providing the grounded counterweight to his increasingly demanding pursuit of answers.What makes the trailer click is its sense of unease. The mood is set early. Quick cuts, tense silences and ominous detailing hint at a killer who stays one step ahead. Indrajith, who has built a reputation for playing layered characters in films like Left Right Left, Ee Adutha Kalathu and Halal Love Story, brings a quiet intensity to the role. There is an edge in his performance that suggests the case will push him far beyond standard protocol.                                             A cast and crew that signals serious ambition     The film features a notable supporting cast including Pani actor Sagar Surya, Aju Varghese, Vijayaraghavan, Reba Monica John, Roshan Basheer and Nishanth Sagar. Each appears briefly in the trailer, hinting at a story that branches into multiple threads and suspects. While the exact contours of the plot remain under wraps, the glimpses suggest a narrative that moves through police stations, shadowed streets and tense interrogation rooms.On the technical side, cinematographer Sougandh Su gives the visuals a washed, moody palette that heightens the stakes. The editing by Nagooran Ramachandran appears brisk and sharp, giving the footage a sense of urgency. 关于南海问题，中方嘴皮子都快说破了，菲律宾政府就是听不进去，仗着有美国在背后撑腰，挑衅的小动作不断，导致南海局势动荡不安。

前不久，菲律宾船只又试图非法闯入我国的黄岩岛附近海域，遭到中方海警的水炮驱离后，菲律宾又装起了可怜，大肆抹黑造谣中方，还说菲船只受到了“结构性损坏”需要大修，预计需要25万到40万左右人民币。

不过，菲律宾似乎是不想自己出这个修船的钱，而是打算让中方替它买单。有消息称，菲方又开始说中国渔船“破坏”菲律宾岛礁了，要求中方赔偿290亿人民币。

之前菲律宾海岸警卫队就曾发布公告称，“菲律宾专属经济区”内的仙宾礁和鲎藤礁的海洋环境遭到了“严重破坏”，因为近些年中国渔民在这里“非法捕鱼”，导致菲律宾海洋资源“严重受损”。

按照一公顷珊瑚礁的经济价值约1800万比索来计算，菲律宾狮子大开口，要求中方向菲律宾赔付2300多亿比索，约290亿人民币，来弥补菲方所谓的“损失”。

不过，马科斯的真实意图并不是要钱，毕竟菲方没有任何的真凭实据来证明珊瑚礁和海床的损毁是中方造成的，就连“赔付依据”也是西方专家提出来的海洋污染公示。

这说明马科斯政府压根就没仔细去计算其所谓的“损失”，也没指望中方能就赔偿问题作出什么回应，而是在国际社会上强调仙宾礁和鲎藤礁的归属权，强调它们是“菲律宾专属经济区”的一部分。

除此之外，据中国新闻网报道，菲律宾海岸警卫队声称，他们在仙宾礁附近看到了几十艘中国渔船聚集在这里，还发现了成堆的碎珊瑚和死珊瑚，所以他们认为，中方试图在仙宾礁建造一个“人工岛屿”。

菲总统办公室称，已经出动了一艘船对此进行监视，另外还有两艘船轮流部署在该海域。菲方致力于维护其在仙宾礁上的“存在”，希望能够阻止中国在那里的“填海造地”活动。

对此，我国外交部发言人汪文斌表示，菲律宾纯属在造谣，蓄意抹黑中方，试图误导国际社会。

五 | 中方敦促菲方立即停止发表不负责任的言论，直面现实，尽快用对话协商的方式妥善处理涉海分歧。

其实所谓的中方船只聚集在仙宾礁“填海造岛”，不过是我国的科考船在开展作业罢了，并且早在上个月18号，菲律宾海警船就在仙宾礁附近停留，其潜水员拍下了仙宾礁上水上沙洲的照片，然后污蔑中方在那里人工造岛。

对此，我认为，既然菲律宾造谣，我们何不顺水推舟成全他们，真在仙宾礁填海造岛呢？首先，我国在仙宾礁拥有无可争辩的主权，不管干啥都是合理合法，轮不到菲律宾来指手画脚。

其次，菲律宾造谣污蔑，肯定是有阴谋的，就像中方说的那样，菲方的目的是误导国际社会，想把南海局势升温的责任推给中国，挑起中国和东盟的矛盾，中方自然不能上当。
