C | 此外中国队在女子48公斤以下级和52公斤以下级比赛中还分别获得了一个第五名和一个第七名。张光玥表示，这是巴黎周期中国队参加的第一站奥运积分赛，是一个好的开始，同时也发现了很多问题。张光玥说：“这是一支年轻的队伍，只有3名队员有国际比赛经验，大部分人是第一次参加大满贯赛。有些队员输在对国际柔联最新的规则不够理解，有些是与高手确实有差距，技术动作需要有大的改进。但也有几场比赛我们队员的实力不弱，输在了临场经验上，这一点通过训练很难刺激到，要靠多比赛来提高。”她介绍，柔道队6月6日从上海出发，在阿布扎比停留几日后于12日到达西班牙，在西班牙队伍先后参加了当地的俱乐部比赛、国际柔道训练营和西班牙超级杯赛，7月6日从西班牙到达匈牙利布达佩斯参加大满贯赛。接下来中国队将于7月13日前往萨格勒布参加世界柔道大奖赛，之后前往法国参加训练营，此后还将参加在哈萨克斯坦举办的亚洲锦标赛和在葡萄牙举办的柔道公开赛，10月在乌兹别克斯坦参加世锦赛后回国。张光玥说：“中国柔道队目前正处于低谷，在东京奥运会上女子大级别这个拳头项目也没有奖牌。

D | 但经过这段时间的出国训练，大家树立了信心，在训练营中也表现得很积极。训练营中很多高水平运动员愿意找我们的队员切磋，认为中国选手有拼劲。”曾经辉煌的中国柔道队在东京奥运会上铩羽而归，没有奖牌入账，传统优势项目女子大级别也失去了竞争力。

E | 在此前的两届奥运会柔道队也没有赢得金牌，他们在伦敦夺得一银一铜，在里约则以两枚铜牌收官。作为领队，张光玥对中国柔道队有信心，她说：“我们期待在2024年巴黎奥运会打一个翻身仗，这需要所有人凝心聚力，要改进的事情非常多。我们现在这个阶段要打好基础。下一站萨格勒布大奖赛希望女子大级别能够有突破，中小级别能够发挥训练水平。
